After the theft of the original “Remembering O'Keeffe” which was stolen from a public exhibit in 2002, my mentor, Constantine Seferlis, encouraged me to recreate the spirit of the piece in a different composition. Although the lines of the original piece could never be recreated, this piece serves as a monument to stolen ideas.
